Delivery

apoiesi is a Norwegian brand & all items are shipped from Norway.

All orders within Norway will be shipped with Bring, packages will be delivered to your local pick up point.  (pakke til utleveringssted). International Orders will be shipped with DHL/TNT or UPS.

Estimated delivery:
Norway: 1-4 days
Europe: 1- 5 days
Rest of world: 2-8 days

 Returns

Returning your apoiesi item is easy.

You can return your items within 28 days after receipt. The items must be new & unused with the original hangtags attached and in the original packaging. 

Garments that are used, washed, soiled or damaged will not be accepted for return. If you return an item after 28 days and this has not been agreed by apoiesi beforehand, your return will not be accepted.

If you regret your purchase and would like to return an item you must cover the return cost yourself.  You can also return or exhange you item in our shop located in Bergen .

Please also note that any shipping costs are not refundable. Ensure to keep your shipment receipt & tracking number when returning items. 

Please be aware that it may take a few days before your approved return is visble in your account.

If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
